The chart above plots annual sales counts based on the preceding 12 calendar months for the period from 2001 onwards. It is based on all ARMLS residential sales within Greater Phoenix (i.e. it excludes out of area listings). You can select which counties and/or cities and/or ZIP codes should be included, which dwelling types (single family, condo or mobile) and which price ranges. Thus there are millions of different combinations so you can create exactly the chart you want. Four colors are used to distinguish between normal sales, short sales, lender-owned sales (REO) and HUD sales.
